Having healthy teeth is actually a story of…. prevention!

By visiting your practitioner regularly and brushing your teeth after each meal, you will have already done a large part of the work!

Here is a list of useful little tips:
– avoid snacking
– avoid pigmented drinks
– do not use “grandmother’s remedies” such as lemon, horsehair brush, a stiff brush etc… in fact these will strip you and wear away tooth enamel
– paradoxically, “whitening” toothpastes will have the same harmful effects
– of course don’t smoke!
– be careful of shocks, combat sports, etc. (major sources of broken front teeth). Of course, it is possible to repair teeth invisibly… but: your natural teeth are even better.

Finally, if you are missing molars, know that this is not trivial, quite the contrary.
These teeth withstand heavy shocks from jaw wedging and chewing. In their absence, these shocks are suffered by the front teeth… which are not made for this and can wear out or even break in turn! Also remember to have these back teeth replaced!
